NAPLES - Everything you ever wanted to know about cheese, but were afraid to ask. In the Città del Gusto there April-May events around Pecorino and Co. Because knowing the secrets and possible uses of Italian cheese is something for true aficionados.

CHEESE LAB - The tasting lab is managed under the supervision of the National Organization for tasters by tasting master Salvatore Varrella. The Italian cheeses are presented directly from the manufacturers. At each meeting, the cheeses are tasted together with selected wines that were chosen by the experts of the Gambero Rosso. The first cheese Lab takes place on 12 of April and provides 3 tastings, 40/45 minutes each. In May it will take place on Wednesday 23 with an interesting summer theme (Price:¤ 25 per person registration required).

HAPPY cheese - On 19 April the meeting will be held for the first time and then continued every Thursday (until the end of May). An Aperitivo with the tasting of selected wines and cheeses in the Città del Gusto wine Bar in Naples. Price per wine plus 3 cheeses: 9 euros per person.

CHEESE pizza - cheese tasting with pizza of pizza master of Città del Gusto in Napoli, Michele Leo. All pizzas are made with seasonal ingredients and additional cheeses are tasted in a subsequence of flavors. The event takes place on 28 April. Price: 30 euros per person. Registration required.
