Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g spaghetti “Mancini”
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 small tomatoes
- All of mullet bottarga “Stefano Rocca”
- Extra Virgin olive Oil “Frescolio” Frantoi Cutrera
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
Sauté the garlic in a little oil. Add sliced tomatoes and some pieces of bottarga. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook the pasta, drain and add to the sauce. Add some grated bottarga and mix. Serve.
