A recipe from Angiolina!
Ingredients:
- Chicken Breast
- Extra Virgin olive Oil "Marvaldi"
- Some taggiasca olives "Marvaldi"
- Peperonata "SoloSole"
Fry the chicken breast in a pan with some olive oil for about 10 minutes per side.
Season with salt and add the olives and Peperonata and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Serve with a side dish of potatoes or rice and a crisp salad.
