Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g cavatelli "Arconatura"
- 90 g pesto "Arconatura"
- 100 g bacon "Cavalier Boschi"
- 2 teaspoons Truffle butter "Tartufi Jimmy"
- Extra Virgin olive Oil DOP Terre D'Otranto "Masseria Caroli"
- 50 g grated Castelmagno
- salt
Heat the diced bacon for 2 minutes with a little olive oil in a pan.
Cook the cavatelli for about 7 minutes until al dente, drain and add to the pan. Add the pesto and the Truffle butter. Serve with plenty of grated Castelmangno.
