This recipe is from our customer Donatella:
Spaghetti with Tuna bottarga carbonara
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g spaghetti "Martelli"
- 200 g fresh Tuna fillet
- 30 g of Tuna bottarga "Stefano Rocca"
- Extra Virgin olive Oil 110 e lode "Oleificio Gulino"
- 3 egg yolks
- salt and pepper
- 10 chopped almonds
Cut the Tuna into small cubes and fry with a little olive oil in a pan for 3 minutes. Mix the egg yolks in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Cook the spaghetti for 7 minutes until al dente, drain and add to the pan with the tuna. Remove from the stove and add the egg. Mix well.
Serve and sprinkle with grated bottarga and the chopped almonds.
