Vinaigrerie La Guinelle's Banyuls Rouge, from Languedoc-Roussillon, is a naturally sweet fortified wine. Made mainly from Grenache Noir, it displays an intense ruby color. The nose offers ripe red fruits, dried fruits, spices, and cocoa. On the palate, it is sweet, enveloping, and persistent. Ideal with chocolate desserts, blue cheeses, or foie gras. Serve at 12-14°C.
