Production technique:
The grapes harvested by hand in the period between 1st and 15th October, undergo a soft pressing, the must is then fermented in French oak barriques of 225 litres, where it remains for 11 months to refine on its own yeasts, then continues to refine in the bottle for another 6 months before release.

Colour: Straw yellow with golden reflections
Perfume: flowers, ripe fruit, hints of vanilla, hazelnut
Taste: soft, full, round, structured and vanilla finish
