It has never been easy for us to find jams that satisfy us like the home-made ones, where the fruit can be felt and is the protagonist. Fruttanuda has all the characteristics of a jam made by grandma: you can feel the coarse texture of the fruit, which is cooked as little as possible to preserve its natural flavours and textures, only a light addition of cane sugar and the result is an impeccable product that puts the quality and freshness of the raw material at the centre. In our jam there is only organic fruit.
There are no preservatives, dyes or, of course, artificial flavors.
Instead, there is the flavor, color and texture of fresh fruit.
Our jam is juicy and colorful, like a ripe fruit....
The fruit we use is always organic, of the highest quality and in season.
That is why the number of jars produced can vary from year to year. Fruttanuda is "extra," with at least 85 grams of fruit in 100 grams of finished jam: an intense, tasty experience!
Fruttanuda is different, even in the way it is made. Forget tradition and jam cooked for hours on end: we cook the fruit just enough to keep its characteristics, flavor and bright color intact.
Using only fully ripe fruit, the jam can change from season to season, be thicker or darker. But always more natural, incredibly more delicious.
