Colour

Intense straw yellow with golden reflections.

Bouquet

Complex, with floral notes of hawthorn and broom, fruity hints of apple, peach and almond, and delicate mineral and spicy nuances.

Taste

Rich and enveloping, with good structure, savory freshness and a long, persistent finish reminiscent of bitter almond. Balanced and elegant.

Pairings

Excellent with elaborate fish dishes, white meats, truffles, aged cheeses and complex vegetable preparations.

Refinement

Partly in barriques and partly in 50 hl Slavonian oak barrels for about 12 months, followed by 12 months in bottle.

Vinification

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
