Rocche dei Manzoni Barolo Riserva Vigna Madonna Assunta La Villa 2000 is a jewel from Piedmont. This D.O.C.G. Barolo, 100% Nebbiolo, displays an intense garnet color and an ethereal aroma of rose and licorice. On the palate, it is dry, velvety, with elegant tannins and a long finish. Perfect with meats and aged cheeses, best served at 18-20°C after proper oak and bottle aging.

Intense garnet red with orange reflections, brilliant and deep.
Bouquet
Broad and ethereal, with notes of withered rose, violet, licorice, sweet spices, truffle, and balsamic hints. Great complexity.
Taste
Dry, full and robust, velvety and harmonious. Elegant yet present tannins, great structure and long aromatic persistence.

Refinement

Traditional fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature with long maceration on the skins. Subsequent aging in oak barrels.
