Ottin Clairet is an Aosta Valley rosé wine, made from Pinot Noir. It displays an intense ruby red color with rosé nuances. The nose opens with fresh, fruity aromas of red berries. On the palate, it is dry, fresh, savory, and persistent, with approx. 12.5% Vol. It is aged in stainless steel to preserve its freshness, following short maceration and controlled fermentation. Serve at 10-12°C in a medium tulip or universal glass. Perfect with appetizers, cold cuts, white meats, fish, and pizza, enhancing both alpine and Mediterranean cuisine.
