Monte dall'Ora's Valpolicella Classico Saseti is an organic Italian red wine. Made from Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara grapes, it displays a bright ruby red color and an intense aroma of red fruits, cherry, and spices. On the palate, it is fresh, fruity, and well-balanced, with soft tannins and an alcohol content of 12.5%-13% vol. Perfect with pasta, pizza, and white meats, it should be served between 14°C and 16°C in a medium-sized glass. Aged in stainless steel and/or used barrels for 6-12 months, it's the result of spontaneous fermentation and biodynamic practices, offering an authentic experience of the Veneto region.
