Valpolicella Superiore Le Guaite di Noemi, originating from Veneto, is a DOC wine. It's made from Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Molinara. Its color is ruby red, with aromas of red fruits and spices. On the palate, it's dry, balanced, and persistent. Aged in oak, it's ideal with red meats and served at 16-18°C.
