Meroi's Friulano is an excellent example of a Friulian white wine. Straw yellow in color, it offers delicate aromas of almond and white flowers. On the palate, it is dry, fresh, and savory, with a pleasant bitter aftertaste. Ideal with fish dishes, white meats, and fresh cheeses, it is vinified and aged in stainless steel to preserve its freshness. Serve at 10-12℃ to best appreciate its qualities.
