Cottanera Metodo Classico is a refined Brut sparkling wine from Sicily, exclusively from Nerello Mascalese grapes. It shows a pale straw yellow with fine perlage. The aroma reveals citrus, broom, and toasted bread, while the taste is fresh, savory, and mineral. Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs well with seafood. Aged on lees for min. 36 months, it expresses the vibrant essence of the Etna terroir.
