Braide
DOC ROTALIANO
Grown on alluvial soils where the Noce river stream runs into the
river Adige. Braide is the name of the small area where the grapes
originate along a dried up stream bed, on gravelly soil.
WINEMAKING
The grapes are harvested very ripe with high sugar concentrations.
After prolonged fermentation on the skins, the new wine is kept in
stainless steel tanks and a part is subsequently matured in used
barriques. In this way the wine becomes round and harmonious
without departing too far from its traditional characteristics.

Alcohol 13% vol.
Acidity 5,2 g/l.
DESCRIPTION
Deep ruby, lightly reminiscent of tasted hazelnut and liquorice on the
nose, rich and well-structured on the palate, fruity with a hint of
spice. Soft and elegant tannins. Long and persistent on the palate.
GOES WELL WITH
Refined toast meats. Serve at 18 – 20° C. Excellent cellaring qualities
