Donna Flavia is made of Ciliegiolo, a typical Tuscan grape variety. This wine is polished and is ruby red with purple hues. It has a sweet cherry aroma and, after being oak-aged, you can taste morello cherry, plum, currant jam, and blueberry hints.
It is also aged in glass.

Colour: deep ruby red.
Aroma: pervasive and fruity.
Flavour: soft, caressing, with good length.
Food and wine pairing: tasty soups, roasted and stewed meat, matured cheeses.
Serve it at: 18° – 20° C.

Grape varieties: Ciliegiolo 85%, Sangiovese, Merlot, Colorino. Alcoholic fermentation: in small cement vats. Malolactic fermentation: in barriques.
Ageing: 4 months in barriques.
