In the heart of the hamlet of Ciavolo, amid salty winds and red earth, a small vineyard with high biodiversity is born, cultivated with respect and vinified in purity. Here coexist native varieties such as Nocera, Nero d'Avola, Nerello Mascalese, Corinto, Zibibbo, Grillo and Catarratto, selected to give life to wines that are a sincere expression of the territory. Each bottle of Cantina Manfredi is produced in limited quantities, with spontaneous fermentations, no filtration and steel aging that preserves the freshness and finesse of the fruit. The result is natural, vibrant and territorial wines, capable of telling the most authentic soul of Marsala, far from stereotypes, close to the truth of the land.
