Ingredients:
- 800 g chicken breast
- 3 Tuscan sausages “3 Torri”
- 1 glass of white wine
- 4/5 potatoes
- Extra Virgin olive Oil Le Trebbiane “Oleificio Franci”
- Sweet Mustard
- salt and pepper
Cut the chicken and the sausages into pieces and fry in a pan with a little olive oil, add 2 tsp of sweet mustard and deglaze with white wine.
Cook for 12/15 minutes. Cook the potatoes wedges in the oven. When the meat is cooked, season with salt and pepper.
