Toss the beef steaks in flour and place them in a pan in which you have previously melted one teaspoon of white Truffle butter “Tartufi Jimmy” with a little extra virgin olive oil Franci Toscano.
Fry the beef steaks on one side until golden and then turn them around. Add the white wine and let it evaporate for 3/4 minutes. Then dissolve a teaspoon of Truffle butter over the escalopes. Then serve them with the summer Truffle carpaccio Jimmy.
