Ingredients:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 200 g pancetta "Al Berlinghetto"
- 200 g Fontina DOP
- Extra Virgin olive Oil
Boil the potatoes and cut in halves. Wrap with Pnacetta and sprinkle with plenty of grated Fontina. Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
