A recipe from Paolo.
Ingredients:
- Beef slices
- Extra Virgin olive Oil from Castelluzzo
- 1/2 glass of white wine
- Cooked ham
- Buffalo mozzarella "Sant 'Antimo"
- olive "Marvaldi"
Roll the beef rolls from both sides in flour. Sauté in a pan with a little olive oil from both sides and season with a little salt. Deglaze with half a glass of white wine.
Add a slice of raw ham, the buffalo mozzarella and some olives on the beef slices. Heat for 1 minute and serve.
