Ingredients:
- 2/3 bell peppers
- 1 clove of garlic from Nubia
- 20 capers "Campisi"
- salt from Trapani "Oro di Sicilia"
- basil - flavored extra virgin olive oil with basil "Agriè"
- Extra Virgin olive Oil from Castelluzzo
- Wild fennel "Campisi"
- Mint
Grill the peppers in the oven until the skin is crispy. Turn every 10 minutes. Remove the peppers from the oven and let cool, then peel them and cut into fillets.
Finely chop the garlic, capers, fennel and fresh mint and season with a little olive oil flavored with basil and olive oil. Brush the peppers with the sauce and serve.
