Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g spaghetti "Pastificio Martelli"
- 550 g cherry tomatoes "Casa Morana"
- 2 cloves of garlic
- organic Extra Virgin olive Oil "Podere Spazzavento"
- basil
- salt
Lightly sauté two whole cloves of garlic in a pan with some olive oil, add the cherry tomatoes sauce from Casa Morana and season with salt. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Cook the spaghetti for 7 minutes or until al dente, drain and add to the tomato sauce. Add the chopped basil. Add a little olive oil and plenty of grated Parmesan cheese.
Recommended wine: Rosso di Montepulciano "Fatt del Cerro."
