A recipe from our French colleague Danielle!
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 250 g squid linguine "La Campofilone"
- 50 g of Tuna bottarga "Stefano Rocca"
- 1 chili
- 1 clove of garlic
- 7/8 cherry tomatoes
- Tuscan Extra Virgin olive Oil IGP "Frantoio Franci"
- salt and pepper
Fry the finely chopped clove of garlic and the crumbled chilli in a little olive oil. Add the chopped Tuna bottarga and cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer a few minutes.
Cook the linguine for about 2 minutes, until al dente, drain and add to the pan. Serve with grated Tuna bottarga.
