A recipe of our French partner Caroline:
Ingredients for 2 nests:
- 150 g spaghetti alla chitarra "Mancini"
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 4 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4-5 tablespoons of cream
- 100 g Gorgonzola
- chives
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
Cook the spaghetti until al dente.
Dice the pepper and fry in a pan with some olive oil and the chopped chives and garlic. Add the tomato sauce and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Melt the gorgonzola in the cream. Poach two eggs in foil.
Spread the pasta with the sauce in two small casserole dishes. Place the egg in the middle and distribute the gorgonzola over the nest.
Grill the nests in an oven until golden brown.
