Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g Penne "Pastificio Martelli"
- 200 g broad beans Leonforte "Agrirape"
- Roasted peppers in olive oil 'Arconatura "
- 100 g tuna
- 50 g caciocavallo Siciliano "Caseificio Poma"
- Extra Virgin olive Oil "Gradassi"
- 4 Bella Cerignola olives "Arconatura"
- Chili "Arconatura"
- salt "Oro di Sicilia"
Put some olive oil in a pan, add the chopped roasted peppers, the boiled beans, olives and diced Tuna and simmer for 5-6 minutes. Season with chili and salt.
Cook the penne for 7-8 minutes until al dente, drain and toss in the pan with the sauce.
Serve with plenty of grated caciocavallo Siciliano.
