Here's the recipe:
Ingredients:
- 500 g tomatoes "Masseria Dauna"
- 1.5 liters of water
- 6 cloves of garlic
- Thyme
- Laurel
- 6 pieces of sugar
- 500 g minced
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil "Riviera Ligure DOP"
Preparation:
Fry the minced meat and the chopped garlic in a pan with olive oil. Add the tomatoes and water. Season with thyme, bay leaf, the sugar cubes, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Simmer for at least 2 hours on medium heat.
Cook the pasta until al dente and serve with plenty of grated Parmesan.
