Ingredients for 4 people:
- 250 g black Venus rice "Principato di Lucedio"
- 5 grilled artichoke "Arconatura"
- 150 g pickled shrimp in olive oil "Arconatura"
- Extra virgin olive oil casaliva "Comincioli"
- A clove of garlic
Cook the black Venus rice in salted water for 45 minutes.
Cook the garlic briefly in hot oil. Cut the artichokes into pieces and add along with the shrimp to the pan. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Drain the rice and add to the artichokes. Mix well and season with a little extra virgin olive oil.
