Ingredients:
- 50 grams of butter
- 500 grams of flour
- 1 glass of grappa
- 6 gr dry yeast
- A pinch of salt
- A little grated lemon zest
- 4 eggs
- Vanilla sugar
- 70 grams of sugar
- oil
- icing sugar
Mix flour and yeast in a bowl. Add all the other ingredients and knead into a smooth dough.
Let the dough rest for 30 minutes and cover with a tea towel. Spread the dough in about 2 millimeters. Cut the dough with a serrated pasta roller in strips. Fry briefly in enough oil until golden brown and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
