Grilled sausages

Ingredients for 4 people:

- 4 sausages "Al Berlinghetto"
- Mayonnaise "Arconatura"
- Balsamic Vinegar Gold Medals 2 "Giuseppe Guisti"
- Capuliato cherry tomatoes "Casa Morana"
- Balsamic glazed with truffle "Tartufi Jimmy"
- Fruit Mostard "Sperlari"
- Preserved in olive oil roasted zucchini "Arconatura"

- Balsamic glazed with Truffle "Tartufi Jimmy"
- Fruit Mostard "Sperlari"
- Preserved in olive oil roasted zucchini "Arconatura"

Preheat a grill pan on the stove.

Cut the sausages in halves lengthwise and grill for 5 minutes per side. Remove the peel and serve with the sauce on the side.
