Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g macaroni "Pastificio Mancini"
- 30 g of mullet bottarga "Stefano Rocca"
- 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- Chopped parsley
- 7/8 almonds
- 2 teaspoons caviar
- Extra virgin olive oil Primo "Frantoio Cutrera"
- salt
Cook the macaroni for about 8 minutes until al dente.
Roast the breadcrumbs and the chopped almonds in a frying pan. Then add the parsley and the olive oil and fry for a minute.
Drain the pasta and add to the pan.
Sprinkle the grated bottarga and caviar on top.
