Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g strascinati "Arconatura"
- 90 pesto Genovese "Arconatura"
- 1 boiled potato
- 50 g green beans "Arconatura"
- 50 g grated Castelmagno "Terre del Castelmagno"
- Extra Virgin olive Oil DOP - Terre D'Otranto "Antica Masseria Caroli"
Put the chopped potato, beans and pesto in a bowl.
Cook the pasta for about 9 minutes, until al dente, drain. Add to the bowl a few tablespoons of the cooking water and olive oil.
Mix the pasta with the sauce and serve with grated Castelmagno.
