Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g Paccheri Rigati "Gragnano in Corsa"
- 180 g of wild boar sauce "Arconatura"
- Extra Virgin olive Oil DOP Primo Iblei "Frantoio Cutrera"
Heat the wild boar sauce in a pan with some olive oil.
Cook the Paccheri Rigati for about 7 minutes until al dente, then drain. Mix for one minute in the pan with the sauce.
