Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g Kamut Penne Giza "Arconatura"
- 100 g Tuna fillets "Stefano Rocca"
- 1 red onion
- 1 tablespoon capers in salt "Campisi"
- 1 tablespoon black olive paté
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- chilli
- Extra Virgin olive Oil 110 e lode "Oleificio Gulino"
Simmer the finely chopped onion and chilli for 15/20 minutes in a little olive oil over a low heat. At the end add 1 tsp tomato paste, the rinsed capers, 1 tablespoon black olive pate and the Tuna fillets (cut in pieces). Cook the Kamut Penne for 9/10 minutes until al dente and add to the sauce.
