Ingredients for 4 people:
- 300 g black Venus rice
- 400 g grilled pumpkin
- 150 g Taleggio DOP
- 50 g chopped almonds
- Extra Virgin olive Oil Le Trebbiane "Frantoio Franci"
- Parmigiano Reggiano aged 36 months
- salt
Cook the rice for 45 minutes in salted water. Wash the pumpkin and cut into 0.5 cm thick slices and grill them.
Cut the pumpkin strips into cubes. Dice the Taleggio. Finely chop the almonds. Put the ingredients in a pan with some olive oil. Add the cooked rice and mix well for 2 minutes. Serve with grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
