The Frantz Saumon Vin de Frantz Chenin is a dry white wine from the Loire region, Touraine, in France. Made from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes, it presents a pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose offers a bouquet of citrus, green apple, flint, and white flowers. On the palate, it is fresh, mineral, and savory, supported by vibrant acidity that leads to a persistent finish. The alcohol content is 12.5% Vol. Winemaking follows natural principles, with spontaneous fermentation and aging in steel or concrete tanks. It is ideal served at 10-12°C with seafood or goat cheese.
