Château Gigognan Bois des Moines is a dry red from the Rhône Valley, a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre. Intense ruby, with aromas of red/black fruits, spices, garrigue. Full-bodied, fruity, spicy, soft tannins. Aged in steel/concrete. Excellent with red meats and cheeses.
