We offer pieces of fresh Tuna - this is correct. The shipping to the UK takes 48-72 hours. The fresh Tuna is vacuum packed, so it can't perish. The order is packed in polystyrol boxes with dry ice packs. The ices melts during the transport and keeps the Tuna fresh. So the Tuna might not arrive cool to the touch, but the product is preserved and we have many happy customers who are very satisfied, since it is very hard to find fresh Tuna in shops. *User O.I.P.
