Hello, very happy to support this product, after years of searching for membrillo, quince cheese or whatever UK likes to call it, to me Cotognata is the definition of this fruit preserve at its best, I don't normally eat it with cheese, I love it as it is with tea or breakfast because that is the way we had it when kids in mountain trips or at school in need of a nice bite, these ones packed in a rather nice way are so tasty I cannot believe I found it again, believe me the Portuguese quince is not as good as this one.
Recently I must admit I like it with Parmesan, strange but true!
