Tuscan Oil, has a well defined character. It is green intense coloured and well dense. The aromatic gamma is wide, from the just-cut grass, to thyme and white pepper. Its taste il well structured with some shades of cardoon and a closure balanced between the bitter and the hot. If you want to taste it at its best it is recommended raw, it sides well with grilled meat and legumes soups.
