Vecchie Terre di Montefili Anfiteatro 1999 is an excellent dry red wine from Tuscany, predominantly Sangiovese with a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon. It presents an intense ruby color and a complex aroma of red fruits and spices. On the palate, it is structured and elegant, with refined tannins and good persistence. Long aged in barriques and bottle, it pairs perfectly with red meats.
