Torre Fornello Gutturnio is a lively sparkling red DOC wine from Emilia-Romagna, a blend of Barbera and Croatina. It displays an intense ruby red color, with fruity aromas of cherry and blackberry. On the palate, it is fresh, soft, and persistent, with 12.5% Vol. Perfect with cured meats and first courses, serve at 14-16℃ in a wide tulip-shaped glass. Aged in stainless steel.
