The pure transparency of water
Rosé Extra Brut is obtained above all from Pinot Noir grapes harvested in vineyards with consolidated history and quality. The soft squeezing and the right maceration time on the skins give this wine strength and vinosity, tempered by the addition of Chardonnay. It has a soft and abundant foam. On the nose the marked notes of wild berries and ripe fruit are enhanced.
A full and soft Franciacorta on the palate.
Excellent as an aperitif, with cold cuts, grilled meats, parmesan and blue cheeses.
