Bianco Porticello by Tenuta di Castellaro is a dry white wine from the Aeolian Islands, Sicily. Made from Carricante and Moscato Bianco, it displays a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose reveals an intense aroma of citrus, Mediterranean herbs, and mineral and saline hints. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, mineral, persistent, and well-balanced, perfect with fish dishes and shellfish. Aged in steel and briefly in bottle. Serve at 10-12℃.
