Stroblhof Chardonnay Schwarzhaus is an exceptional white wine from Alto Adige, made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. It displays a brilliant straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose, it's an explosion of tropical fruits like pineapple and banana, enriched by hints of citrus, vanilla, and hazelnut, with a distinct minerality. The palate is full-bodied, creamy, and fresh, with perfect balance and a long, fruity, savory finish. Aged partly in stainless steel and partly in barriques, it fully expresses its complex character. Ideal with fatty fish, white meats, and aged cheeses, served between 10-12°C.
