Schioppetto Sauvignon is a high-quality dry white wine, produced in the heart of Friuli-Venezia Giulia. It presents a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose is intense and aromatic, with hints of elderflower, tomato leaf, and citrus. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, and balanced, with a pleasing persistence. It has a typical alcohol content of 13% vol. It is recommended to serve it at 10-12℃ in a medium tulip glass. It pairs perfectly with appetizers, fish dishes, seafood, white meats, and fresh cheeses. Aged in steel on fine lees, it is the result of careful winemaking with soft pressing and controlled temperature fermentation.
