Ronco Severo Friulano is an elegant white wine from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, made from Friulano grapes. Straw yellow, complex floral and fruit aromas, fresh, savory, mineral taste. At 13.5% vol., it's perfect served at 10-12℃ in a tulip glass. Excellent with appetizers, fish and fresh cheeses, result of careful winemaking.

Refinement
Long maturation on the lees in large oak barrels or stainless steel, followed by bottle aging.

Maceration on the skins, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, aging on the lees for months.
