Roagna's Barolo Pira Vecchie Viti 2016 is a Piedmontese DOCG wine, 100% Nebbiolo. With an intense garnet color, it offers an ethereal scent of red fruits, rose, and spices. On the palate, it is powerful yet elegant, with fine tannins and long persistence. Long aged in oak, served at 18-20°C, perfect with red meats and aged cheeses. Alcohol 14.5% vol.

Vinification
Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in wooden vats, long maceration on the skins (up to 60-90 days) to extract color and structure.
