Delicate, brilliant pink with a fine and persistent perlage.
Bouquet
Delicate and floral, with notes of rose and violet, enriched by hints of small red berries and yeast.
Taste
Fresh, dry, and harmonious, with excellent structure and long persistence. Fruity notes and a pleasant minerality emerge.

Refinement
